Having A Comprehensive Plan In Place Means You Can Breathe Easier And Just Follow The Steps
“ Saving money, or having a last will and testament does not take the pressure off of us or give us room to breathe. It's difficult to take meaningful action when we are struggling with a pandemic, losing a loved one or dealing with divorce, addiction or leaving our home because of wildfires. Having a plan in place means you can breathe easier and just follow the steps.”

Hi, i'm Laura
My approach for my consulting practice is values driven. My values are those of Compassion, Service, Empathy, Guidance, and Kindness. I do not know what happens next, so I hope for the best and plan for the worst with a focus on flexibility at all times and in all ways.
I provide consulting services and advocacy work to private individuals based on my extensive experience in death and dying, elder long-term care plans and public benefit matters. I also act as an independent contractor providing law clerk, trust protector and/or paralegal services to local law firms.
I am a Colorado Native. I practiced law law from 2002 until 2019, and am currently using my legal experience and talents in my newest business endeavor to continue to help and support the communities I care deeply about. Before attending law school from 1997-2001, (and continued working during law school) I worked for three large financial institutions, gaining years of extensive experience in complex compliance issues, anti-money laundering, white collar crime, complex federal regulations, and multiple legal issues related to investor accounts, and large transactions. My ability to navigate through complex and litigious circumstances grew out of my previous several year career in the financial industry and in my former law practice.
